Limited Lifetime Warranty

Everything JL Kůźe is made of the highest quality materials and construction methodologies in the industry. It’s our ‘Labor of Love’ to go the extra mile, ensuring you have a lifetime of using your hand-crafted piece. We utilize all leather for the exterior and interior pockets, work with durable swivel clips and rings, and exclusively use YKK zippers.

The beauty of leather is that overtime it takes on new characteristics and becomes a reminder of all the great places and activities you have experienced. We recommend regularly conditioning your leather using a clear lotion made specifically for leather. This will help maintain the skins from drying out and slow the natural process of Patina.

Each leatherwork is accompanied by a LIMITED LIFETIME* warranty which covers any defects in materials or workmanship, for the life of the product. JL Kůźe will fix or replace, at our discretion, any item that is determined by us to be defective.

*All leather, over time, will change slightly in appearance. This is commonly referred to as Patina, where the leather takes on new natural characteristics. Such changes are not covered by our warranty, as this is a natural process. Changes due to mishaps or abuse are also not covered by our warranty.

Please contact JL Kůźe for a return authorization before returning any items to us. Returns that are shipped to us without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.
 

Return Policy

You may initiate a return within seven (7) days of receipt, for a refund of the purchase price. JL Kůźe will only accept items for return that have not been worn, used, or altered in any way.

All items are shipped to you with insurance for the full purchase price of the item, thus we will not offer a refund for items damaged in the shipping process. If your item is damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier.

Exchange Policy

You may initiate an exchange of your item for a different color or product within thirty (30) days of receipt. JL Kůźe will only accept items for exchange that have not been worn, used, or altered in any way.

Any price difference will be covered by or returned to the buyer.

  • We will review your request and if the return or exchange is approved, we will send you an authorization email with shipping instructions.

  • Follow shipping instructions in return/exchange authorization email to initiate the return.*

*Please note that you will be required to cover shipping costs for your return or exchange. Shipping must include insurance for the full amount of the original purchase. If a return or exchange is shipped without insurance, and is damaged in the process of return, the return/exchange will not be accepted. Returns must be postmarked within two (2) days from receiving return authorization.
